Yoga for those Living with Grief


Helping people heal from the inside out, designed for individuals who

are grieving the death of a loved one. 

7:00 - 8:00 pm
Wednesday evenings from Dec 6th – Jan 10th 


This class is a pre-registered session. Unfortunately no drop-ins will be allowed, ensuring the comfort of those students registered. 

Class will begin with a check-in consisting of 10-15 minutes of OPTIONAL sharing. The rest of the class will be dedicated to breath work, yoga postures and relaxation.  No prior yoga experience is required. 

Losing someone you love is one of the most excruciating experiences you can face, but wisdom and power of yoga and essential oils can be tools to help you cope. This series is designed to facilitate the grieving process through compassionate support of your mind, body and nervous system. After a brief check in, the primary focus will be on bringing the breath deeply into the body while integrating postures and essential oils that promote healthy transition through mourning.
