SWEET SLEEP RESTORATIVE

A calming, gentle, restorative practice that will calm the mind and prepare the body for sleep. Sequences are curated specifically with sleep in mind.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Sometimes you just have to slow everything right down. Through the support of props in long holds, restorative yoga helps provide physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety. Enjoy all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.

YIN YOGA

A slow paced class in which asanas are held for 3-5 minutes, or longer. A yin practice targets connective tissue and energetically, improves energy flow.

YOGA & MEDITATION

In this Hatha practice, the focus is placed on improving mobility in the hips. Whether you are able to sit for a 20-minute meditation, or are uncomfortable for even a moment seated, there will be something here for you. 

BEGINNER'S YOGA

For the yogi just stepping into the world of asana and pranayama. Learn the basics to gain strength and confidence in your practice!

GENTLE YOGA

Suitable for all ages and abilities. This class does not involve any breath holding or long holds in poses. It is an excellent way to ease into yoga or to help your system unwind. We could all use more gentle in our lives!

SLOW FLOW

The best of both worlds. This class is a mix of Hatha Flow and Restorative yoga. Enjoy a hatha practice followed by a sequence of restorative postures to end your practice.

HATHA FLOW

Learn how to use the breath to create a link between body and mind. A Hatha practice builds flexibility and strength while minimizing the chance of injury and balancing body and mind. You will learn to still the mind and be present in the moment.

LUNCHTIME YOGA

Give your mind, body, and soul a timeout over the lunch hour. This practice will relieve tension that creeps in throughout the day. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to unwind.

STRONG CORE

This class will focus on stabilizing and strengthening the muscles of the core. Leave with a deeper understanding of the importance of core strength.

VINYIN YOGA

Half Vinyasa, half yin. The first half of your practice will be movement based, increasing heat, mobility, and flexibility. The second half of the practice will be focused on stillness, breathing through longer holds in postures and moving awareness inwards. 

ESSENTIAL YOGA

Essential oils and yoga... the perfect combination to assist you as you unwind at the end of the week. Each week, a different essential oil will be used to complement the sequence of yoga postures you move through.
 

CARDIO WEIGHTS

This is a great class to build strength and balance, while increasing the heart rate at interval times. It is for all levels of fitness, as every move can be modified. Plus, it's fun!

CARDIO KICKBOXING

This class is open to all fitness levels. Kickboxing moves (jabs and kicks) are done to upbeat music. It is also a great cardio workout, where you can progress at your own pace.

SCULPT PLUS

This all-levels fitness class will provide you with equal parts muscle and cardiovascular conditioning. Hand weights, resistance bands, and cardio kickboxing moves will all be used to increase your heart rate and get you moving!
