Blindfolded yoga is more challenging than it might initially seem! When we take away the sense of vision, our proprioception, or our awareness of where the body is in space, increases.
Join Emily for this all-levels, introspective yoga workshop! We'll have lots of fun exploring how the practice changes without sight!
Of course, at any time, if you become very uncomfortable or nervous, you can remove your blindfold until that passes.
